Multilingual SSR Storefront for Engineering Equipment
A multilingual SSR storefront rebuilt for AquaCity — an official distributor of European heating, water-supply, and engineering plumbing equipment in Uzbekistan (Kan-Therm, Hexonic, General Fittings, RunwilPools, OLI, Cavaletto). The site is a marketing surface and a working product catalog in one: visitors browse by category, filter by stock, search by name, sort by price, and open SSR-rendered product detail pages with image galleries and full technical specs. A separate completed-projects section showcases past installations, and the contact form routes engineering enquiries straight to the team.
The frontend is built with TanStack Start (file-based routing, SSR, server functions) and React 19, styled with Tailwind CSS v4 on a dark "corporate-navy + electric-blue" design system, and animated with Motion. Locale-aware routes ($locale/catalog, $locale/product/$id, $locale/projects) handle EN/RU/UZ switching cleanly, with route loaders prefetching product and project data through TanStack Query — every product page is SSR-rendered and instantly hydrated. The catalog uses debounced search, paginated queries, and a category index, all served by a separate backend API the frontend consumes via Axios. Product detail HTML is sanitized with DOMPurify before render to keep rich text safe.
